We will return your money within 30 working days by postal money order that can be paid to you in an office of Econt courier company chosen by you. To receive it you only have to bring an ID card in the Econt office.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
- Delivery deadline is between 1 (one) and 2 (two) working days depending on the populated place.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY ORDER FROM A SPEEDY COURIERS OFFICE?
- You have 7 days to pick up your shipment from a Speedy office. If you don’t meet this condition, you will be charged additional fees.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEM?
- Before we send the ordered item, it is tested and thoroughly reviewed by our specialists. After that the ordered product is transmitted to a courier in an excellent presentation. Each order is insured. Please review thoroughly all ordered products for damage before you take the order from the courier. In case of damage caused during transportation please contact the courier company that delivers your shipment.
- In case of broken / damaged items due to courier's fault, we assume no complaints.
